5 year old craftiness

Noah loves to do "projects". I bought this snowman ornament craft and Hobby Lobby. It was a bit hard to get the first bead started, and I had to glue the pieces together, but he stilled loved putting these together. As you can see, he is very proud of them, and they turned out great. (If you get one of these for Christmas, please act surprised!)

After the pain of last year's gingerbread house, I thought we would try a foam kit. It was not any easier. The walls would not stay together. I ended up having to glue them together. All Noah was really able to do was stick the shingles on the roof. He got tired of that pretty quickly. He helped me a little with the glitter. But we did it together and he loved this too. I think next year we'll try graham crackers and frosting.
