Day Trip

My parents were headed North to visit my grandma for her birthday. They were staying with my other grandparents. We decided we go up with them for a quick visit and make a stop at IKEA too. They only live 10 minutes from it afterall.

It was a beautiful day so we spent time outside.


We managed to get a decent family picture before we left. I did bribe the boys with chocolate to cooperate :)
We didn't get much at IKEA. A few things to store some scrapbook stuff. We found lots of things we would love to have. We just aren't ready for them yet. It was crazy busy there, too crowded almost to think.
It was a long 3 hours home with a crabby princess. Everyone went straight to bed--E with a slight fever. Hope he will feel better tomorrow!

    I think Ikea is always crazy busy. We were there the end of jan. and it was a nuthouse! I'd love to go sometime during the week.Maybe that would cut down on the crowd.
