Elijah is TWO today. It seems like he has gone from baby to little boy overnight. Last night we were cuddling in the rocking chair. I was telling him about how he was born two years ago that night. And how much we loved him and how special he was. He doesn't get it now. He was just content to "wok" with Mommy and blue bear, blanket and bobby (his paci). He brings so much laughter to my life right now. His 3 and 4 word sentences crack me up. I love to hear "Bless you deah" and "tank you daddy" and even "no like it" and "my do it". He adores Noah and will follow him to the ends of the earth copying every movement he makes. I love to watch them at the dinner table especially. Elijah has to hold his fork just like Noah, and sit in his chair just like Noah. It's how we get him to eat more, because Noah is doing it. Tonight as we were leaving church, Elijah had to hold his paper because Noah was holding his.
We had a teeny tiny celebration today with the cake the boys "helped" me make last night. Elijah even blew out the candles!

When we got up this morning, we had his present, a play kitchen waiting for him. He has been hard at work in the kitchen all day. Now some one just needs to teach him how to work in the real kitchen!

He's so cute. Love the play kitchen. That would have been my dream as a little girl. I can't wait to buy Lucy one next year.
