We finally got some real stick on the ground, make snow ball, cover the grass snow. It started late yesterday afternoon as sleet but quickly changed to snow. It snowed most of the evening. We probably have close to 6 inches on the grass. Noah and I went out for a few minutes and threw some snowballs at the neighbor. But it was cold and windy so we didn't last long.
Friday morning, Noah was up early and very excited. I bundled he and Elijah up and we headed outside. Unfortunately, the cold had made the snow dry out so it was no longer snow ball quality, but we tromped around for awhile. Elijah was glad to have me put his hat and mittens on, but once outside he wasn't so thrilled.
By the afternoon, the snow was pretty much gone. Definitely my kind of snow, here today, gone later today.
