Friday Noah was out of school so Terril took the day off. We headed to Tanner's. It's a pumpkin farm/apple orchard/money sucker. This place is huge! It was a beautiful day and we were there early enough it wasn't horribly busy.
First we climbed on the train playset.

Then fed the goats. They had a bridge and walkways so the goats could be in the trees. They had conveyer belts with cups attached so you could send food up to the goats in the trees. Very cool.

Then we entered the huge, pay to enter playground. Played on an old CAT dozer.

Leah wanted to ride the barrel train. They boys didn't. She went all by herself. And loved it. I could never get her to look at me. She was always looking the other direction.

Pony rides. E was nervous. L again was the one who really wanted to do it. N didn't want to go, but changed his mind at the last minute.

Another pic of the barrel train. L is the 2nd from the front. You can hardly see her over the steering wheel. E wanted to go later on. But no one would go with him. So then he didn't want to go.

Ponies

Covered wagon ride through the apple orchard and pumpkin field.

Pedal carts. Leah rode on the front of the one I peddled with E. It will make more sense in the next pic.

Can you see that basket on the front of the boys cart? That's where L was sitting on mine.

And of course the silly pics. Yep N finally got a haircut. We thought we'd grow it out, but it just looked bad all the time, so we gave in and cut it all off again. Much better.

I waited until the way out to take "good" pictures. Bad idea. Plus I didn't take the time to go back to the car for the dSLR, so we didn't have much success.

We even had apple cider doughnuts and kettle corn for snack. A fun morning and a great way to spend a day off!
