Finally something to report

Now that the heat is finally on in our house, more work can be done. The drywallers taped and sanded last week. The painters did the primer coat of paint and textured the ceiling Wednesday. Today the finish carpenters installed the kitchen cabinets. The tile guy started working on the tile. It's finally starting to look like a livable house. Yippee!!

Oh and the "builder beige" color is the primer color. Our finish color should be not quite so pinkish.

The finish carpenters do all the door installation, trim work, cabinets. They said they should be done in about a week and a half. The plumber should be there next week finishing up the plumbing. Not sure yet when the electrician will come or when the carpet will be laid. The finish painting will be done after most of the other work is done.
