Day 2 Manatees

We went to Manatee Park near I don't remember where, Ft Myers maybe? There is a canal that is a discharge from a power plant so the water is warm. The manatees love it.

You can't see them that well, just blobs in the water and sometimes noses or tails when they come up for air.

There were probably at least 100 in the water there. It was neat.

Another chilly start to the day.

After lunch we headed back to the house for more swimming. The pool felt like a hottub in the afternoon since the heater and cover had been on.
