On the way home from vacation we stopped at my Grandparents' for a family reunion. My parents were there as were my brother and SIL. No pictures of them. Darn. But my dad's 3 brother were there. That's them in age order, oldest on the left. That's my Dad in the yellow shirt.
It was a hot day but we found ways to have fun outside and not melt too much.
My cousin April's youngest. She is about 3 wks younger than L.
Water balloons kept the kiddos cool. Thanks Grandpa!
And then the brothers ended up in a water fight.
L did not like the hose. She did not want to get wet.
The 2nd cousins-ages 3-3-6-8-7-4. They've only ever seen each other once before-3 yrs ago when E was a baby. They acted like they saw each other every day and got along great for the day. Now you see the blonde hair comes from my side of the family :)
My grandparents married 68 (I think) yrs. And still organizing games for the kids to play.
