Thursday morning was chilly. in the low 60s. We decided to go on a hike. We headed to Holland State Park and went on the trail up Mt Pisgah--a huge dune.
There was a short walk to the base of the dune and then lots of stairs. Lots and lots of stairs.

The red dot is Big Red--a light house. You can also see the beach in Holland State Park. We never played at this one. There wasn't a dune protecting it so the parking lot was right against the beach. Just seemed more touristy to us, not as pretty.
Resting before continuing on the trail
There was a long boardwalk built along the side of the dune that led to a trail through the woods (growing on the dune). It was a really nice hike.
Ready to go back down.
