We arrived in Holland in the late afternoon and checked into our hotel. We changed clothes and headed to Tunnel Park. We had to climb up a huge dune and back down to get to the beach. Behind this kids you can see part of the dune. Luckily there were also stairs going up and down. Climbing up in the sand is not easy!
The beach here was beautiful. Clean and completely sandy.
Leah spent most of the time running up and down the shore line screeching like a seagull or laying in the sand.
She had sand everywhere!
Leaving the beach we found the tunnel the park was named for. It goes through the dune so you don't have to climb up and down. Brilliant! You do have to climb up thru the sand just a bit to get to the tunnel on the beach side.
