Lovin It

It was beautiful here today. 80ish. Spent the afternoon at the park. T came home early. After a quick run to Menards, he came to the park and took the boys to play in the sand (the sand volleyball court that's used as a giant sandbox, not volleyball). Leah and I stayed at the park. She finally figured out how to cruise! She was cruising along the curb that holds the mulch in. So she wasn't quite standing, but she was moving.

Left the boys at the park and came home with Leah to make dinner. She occupied herself watching the neighbor's dog in the backyard. She loves dogs and points and squeals whenever she sees one.

And this is why I love where my house is. From my back door, I can see the boys playing at the park. And friendly neighbors. There are so many young families. Now that the weather is finally decent, they are everywhere. Everyone walks to the park. Many have DH's who work for Cat. It's so nice to see people out and actually talk to them. And we are starting to see the same people over again.
