Noah is becoming a great little swimmer. We bought a Speedo swim vest at target last summer. Highly recommended. It is much better than a life jacket. It doesn't pitch them forward or backward like life jackets tend to do. He jumps off the side of the pool and even the diving board! Early this summer he started putting his face in the water. We have been giving him some swim time without his vest. At first we had him doggy paddle, but he couldn't keep his head above water. So then we suggested he swim with his face in the water. This worked perfectly. Each time he swims vest free he gets more and more comfortable. Now if he would just grow a little so his feet would touch the bottom...
