Pack Meeting

Thursday night Noah had a pack meeting for boyscouts. Terril had a cold so I was the lucky one who got to go. They were having a turkey shoot. The boys had to make bow and arrows ahead of time out of natural materials (sticks). Noah had been practicing in the basement so he could shoot his. Each boy got 3 shots at a target. Then they had little crossbows set up that they got 3 shots at. Noah had the highest score for the tiger scouts. He had a shoot out with 2 other boys, one shot each. He got the highest target so he won the shoot out for the Tiger scouts!
He also completed all the requirements for Bobcat, so we had that ceremony. I painted his face and he got to put a stripe on my nose. He thought that was funny. Noah with his prize from the shoot out--a rocket. He was so excited to win, even without realizing he got a prize. He was jumping up and down.
